Key Duties:Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor resident health indicators.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and review individualized care plans.Accurately document all nursing activities and resident information promptly.Foster a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.Guide and oversee care aides to ensure quality support.Follow all organizational policies and healthcare standards.

Qualifications:Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration in British Columbia.Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work productively within a team setting.A caring and patient-focused mindset.
