What You’ll Do
- Lead resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Complete assessments & personalized care plans
- Provide medications, treatments, and wound care
- Use PointClickCare for electronic documentation and MDS assessments
- Liaise with families, physicians, and other health professionals
- Delegate tasks and provide leadership as Charge Nurse
- Participate in care conferences and medication reviews
What You Bring
- Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Proficient in eMAR and electronic documentation
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Long-term care experience preferred
